For Dr. Brar, the best part of dentistry is the people — kids who grow up in her chair, parents who finally stop dreading their checkups, families she gets to know year after year. She grew up seeing how much difference a patient, unhurried clinician can make, and that's the kind of dentist she set out to be.
She earned her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from the University of California, San Francisco School of Dentistry — one of the most respected in the country — graduating with distinguished honors in 2020, and has cared for families ever since. Her approach is thoughtful and conservative: she explains every option clearly and never recommends treatment she wouldn't choose for her own family.
Blue Petal is a neighborhood practice in the truest sense: the office sits right across the road from Mountain House High School, and most patients live just a few minutes away. Patients are welcome to talk with Dr. Brar in English, Punjabi, or Hindi — whichever feels most natural.
